HOMECOMING
Hallsboro United Methodist Church
Hallsboro UMC warmly invites everyone to join us for our Homecoming on Sunday, October 19! This special day is a wonderful opportunity for worship, fellowship, and reconnecting with friends old and new. Expect inspiring music, uplifting messages, and the joy of celebrating God’s faithfulness together. We also extend a special invitation to our friends from Chadbourn UMC to join in the celebration. Worship Service

Adult Sunday School
Every Sunday Adult Sunday School is held in the sanctuary from 10:00am to 11:00am. We welcome everyone to join us and to bring a friend. We hope to one day offer additional age groups, but we need you to do that!
United Women in Faith
Hallsboro’s UMC has an active women’s organization called United Women in Faith. Previously called, United Methodist Women, this organization meets monthly for programs and sponsors mission projects locally, nationally, and internationally. Connect Church Ministry
Hallsboro United Methodist Church and Chadbourn UMC are embarking on a new mission along to help our local schools ensure that students have clean, well maintained clothes to wear. Connecting the church to the local elementary school will allow us to support our community and give students the self-confidence they need to focus on their education. The mission is made possible by the Duke Endowment Grant and cooperation of Columbus County Schools. As we move closer to achieving this connection with the local schools we will keep updating this page so that you can join us with volunteer opportunities.
Widows & Grief Support Programs
Hallsboro UMC invites everyone in our community to join in our Widows and Grief Support programs. These gatherings offer a safe, faith-filled space for sharing, encouragement, and healing together.
